Dr. Gove this project is designed specifically to make your grading easier.  The project also happens to pull data from bankrate.com and use this data and other user inputs to calculate a maximum home price a user can afford based on up to the minute mortgage data.  It keeps track of this data so the user can see the effect of interest rates on the price of home they can afford.
