Health care insurance is full of forms and red tape. Those forms are also changing all the time. For agents, making sure they are providing clients with the most up to date forms can be time consuming. Utilizing Excel and VBA makes the management of clients and making sure all forms are current a quick and easy process. Through the use of this program, agencies can save hours every week and spend more time attending to client needs. The spreadsheet will keep track of clients and their respective renewal date and allow the user to quickly download the required forms from the internet. Using this will save an estimated 5 hours per weeks.
