Label Release Log Entry

Executive Summary

My project was created for 4Life, a MLM dietary supplement company.  4Life receives many labels into the quality department for review and release and every time one roll of labels is received it requires information to be added into a log as well as much of the same information being entered into a word document that would be printed and filed.

As this can be cumbersome and time consuming I created a system that would automate as many of the fields as possible based on the numbering system of the material number as well as on whether on not the label will be released or rejected.  Then when all of the necessary fields in the user form have been entered the submit button would add the information to the log and add the information and print the word document. Furthermore, I created a macro that would send an email to a standard group of recipients that the user could use at the end of each day to inform the recipients as to which labels had been released that day.
