Appointment Scheduler and Patient Reminde-- Jeff Gaufin

Executive Summary

For my final project I developed a patient contact information system for a local dentist.  Currently they track their appointments in program that cost $500 a month.  If they wanted to send mass emails or text to their patients they would have to spend an extra $1500 on a new module.  So I developed an Excel application that would allow them to keep track of their appointments and send out personalized reminders to the patients.  They can also sent mass emails to remind the patients of their appointment a few days before.  The project has multiple tables that store the relevant information that are dynamic and can store more information as the practice grows.  The entire program is run through user forms this makes it look more professional and makes it easier to use.  I used the Gmail agent as the back end system to distribute all the messages.
