My father has recently invested in a commercial knife sharpening machine and has started a side business with it. He wanted central location organize all of his contact and transaction information and the ability to automatically generate invoices without having to manually enter in the existing customer’s information each time a transaction is made. I wrote an application that does everything he required plus a little bit more. I added the ability to send a confirmation email to the customer using the information already entered in the workbook as well as the option to automatically print the invoice when a transaction is added. The application is accessed from a “Main Menu” button found on each sheet in the workbook. The application utilizes a set of userforms that work together with three worksheets which are visible to the user.
